What a beautiful week we’ve had… this is the kind of weather that I LOVE.. I freeze in the cold and I can’t breath in the heat… I get all the time the, but it’s hot in Mexico! how is that you don’t like it here?.. well.. yes, it’s hot in Mexico but it’s NOT humid.. and that makes the difference.. you can actually breathe outside.. there is no AC units in the houses.. (at least not in my family) and we survive.. ;) soo with this awesome week we have been just taking it all in.. We’ve had a couple of playdates and we’ve been going to the park at every single free time we have.. it’s a slow time in the business part and I LOVE to spend all this extra time with the kiddos..
since I can count with my fingers the number of pictures that I am in last year, this year goal it’s been to be in more.. I bought a remote control for my camera and I’ve used the self timer a lot lately.. I want my kiddos to see me too in their growing up pictures.. happy to say that I’m doing pretty good at it and I so far have a lot more of me pictures with them.. :)
they are in such a perfect age for the park!.. we all really enjoy it.. I don’t have to chase them around anymore and they are old enough to have lots of fun…
There is a tree swing that I see very often when I drive around town.. I’ve always been sooo tempted to stop and take pictures, it’s in somebody’s non fenced backyard.. but first I was not brave enough, then it was not the right time of the day, etc… this week though I did it.. I stopped the van in the street, got out the kiddos and asked them to play in it.. I had a bit of adrenaline rush knowing that I wasn’t suppose to do that but I couldn’t hold myself.. the kiddos all had a turn and left.. nobody said anything and I got it out of my system.. lol
the 10 minutes it lasted.. TOTALLY worth it!!.. I need me a tree swing!!!!!..
And yesterday we were invited to a friend’s house to jump in their trampoline.. yup, I jumped too.. soo much fun!
now I need me a trampoline too.. lol
We drove back home, windows down, wind blowing… listening to Train’s Soul Sister song that my kiddos LOVE… we all were singing at the top of our lungs and right there I felt SO lucky, so blessed to have what I have that I had some happy tears… after all the winter funky blues.. a week like this was all what we needed to renew the energy and bump the heart. Loving life for sure..
I was suppose to announce the spring minis today but I will hold the information for Monday.. so stay tuned…
