I can’t believe April is over… time is going by so so fast!!!… I know it has to do with how busy it is around here. April was no different.. Spring only means lots of work in the photo world, lucky to have a job that I love!.. holidays, a quick trip to Mexico, my 33th birthday, kids activities and a lots of cuddle time with my little V who turned 5 months old this month and she celebrated by learning to sit down on her own… such a big girl. Phew.. I can’t believe the kiddos will be out of school in 2 weeks..

I’ve been teaching this basic class for almost 3 years, I do little groups here and there and a lot of individual sessions. Lately I’ve been getting a lot more requests for it so I decided to do a big Basic Workshop. I rented “Aurora Studios” in downtown Helena and opened registrations, within a few days all places were filled. Let me tell you it was lots of fun!.

The day started with lots of talking, learning all about our cameras… we headed out to shoot our model family, first in the easy light then we headed to the open sun light.

My little Vivian was our model for indoor lighting..

Like I said it was a super fun morning and I think we all learned… I always enjoy talking about photography and I love to put the little seed of love for it to new ladies out there.. ;)
