This is a hard post, but I think it’s time… It’s finally time to say goodbye to this part of me… 9 years ago, almost to the day, I shot my first “official” photo session ever and with that I started a beautiful, fun and rewarding adventure. I met so many people, I made so many friends. I’ve felt so honored to have photographed so many families, to see so many families and kiddos grow while I was doing what I love so much.
I’ve said here before that things changed, we moved to GA and I just couldn’t get back to it the way I wanted it, but I also feel like I lost some of that obsession and passion that I used to have for photography… I obviously still love it and enjoy it but it’s more to a level where I feel content with capturing memories of my kiddos.
Even though I haven’t been really doing sessions for a while, I still kept my facebook fan page and website (and this blog) alive, maybe holding to hope that it’ll all come back, but truth is that it’s not and I can’t keep holding to it anymore. So my fan page will be deleted in the next few weeks and the website and blog will be on for a while while I figure what to do with it because I don’t want to loose my domain. It’s time for me to move on.
But I’m not leaving on a sad note, I gave my everything to my little gvephotography, it gave me so much and I was so happy with it while it lasted, during the last year another door opened for me and I’m putting my all to reach all my goals while I dream big and it’s already giving me so much and I’m so so happy. So it’s all good.. :)
I want to thank you all my clients and all the clients that turned good friends for all this time together, for trusting on me. What a wonderful time it’s been… Thank you, I wouldn’t have made it this far without you all. You have a special place in my heart. THANK YOU!!
And because there is no post without pictures, some of my own…
