PARIS…

Well, I’m back from a dreamed vacation.. The kiddos and I spent a couple of weeks in France and Spain then the hubby met us there and we all did a tour for a few countries in Europe.. I think exhausted is short of how I feel, but the time we spent there and all we did and shared is totally priceless.. one of my friends said yesterday when that it’ll take me a lifetime to recover from it.. so true! LOVE that!!..

Must admit that I have that adventurous gene on me.. I’ve always loved to travel and it looks like I can’t sit still.. the opportunity of the trip came up and I just couldn’t say no.. I know kiddos probably are a bit to young for it but I’m hoping the pictures will help them to remember in the future of this time with they crazy mom.. ;)

I will share little by little pictures of my trip so you guys don’t get tired soo today I’ll share our time in Paris..

First time I went to Paris I was in my early 20’s, I had just finished College and as you can imagine I was eager to see and learn as much as I could, I visited every single museum, every single sigh seeing and tried as many “different” food as my budget allowed.. (good food is expensive so I was very limited to fast food restaurants).. I had an awesome time back then and I left not knowing if I would make it back again.. never in my most wild dreams I thought I would go back, with my 3 kiddos ages 5, 4 and 3 years old and most of the time alone.. never thought about it.. This time the trip was totally different, it was based in the kids needs, where would they eat better, be safer and be happier.. so not a lot of museums, instead a lot of playgrounds and pic-nics.. I got to see Paris in a totally different way and I loved it! here are a few of my faves shots from Paris..

the kiddos were totally exited about the Eiffel Tower thanks to the “wonder pets save the French Poodle” ;) they were so happy to finally see it in person..

a shot under the tower..  lots of playgrounds around it..

another favorite was Notre Dame in Paris.. I quickly told Quasimodo’s story to the kiddos and Allison was fascinated with it, she even “saw” him there..

The inside of it takes your breath away.. even my kiddos were “oohhh and wow” non stop..

we went for a Pic-nic around The Museum of Louvre

running running.. they never lost their energy..

during one of the train trips

choosing souvenirs under the tower..

and daddy finally met us in France so we did all the big sighseeings all over again.. ;)

his favorite phrase.. I can’t walk.. lol
